American Gun News is an editorial publication covering the Second Amendment, gun rights, self-defense, and related public-policy issues. 4. SMS Program Terms
Program Description. The American Gun News SMS program (“Program”) delivers recurring marketing and informational text messages to subscribers who have expressly opted in.
Consent. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from us at the mobile number you provide, sent using an automatic dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency. Typically 4–10 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on news cycles.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOP SOLUTIONS, LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time by unsubscribing from email and SMS programs and ceasing to visit the Site.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use after the new Effective Date constitutes acceptance.
