Unlike handguns, rifles aren’t exactly known for being easy to conceal. However, one rifle manufactured by Henry Repeating Arms is changing that narrative.
The Henry U.S. Survival AR-7 is a semi-automatic .22 long rifle that breaks down in less than a minute with all of the components stored in the rifle’s buttstock, leaving you with a quality rifle that’s compact enough to easily fit inside a backpack. When you’re ready to use the firearm, reassembling it is just as quick, and you can be up and firing in less than a minute.
The U.S. Survival AR-7 may not be the answer for self-defense scenarios, but it is great gun to pack along if you are going for a trek through the wilderness or need a small compact, yet still powerful rifle for your bug out bag. If you were to get lost and need to hunt small game for food, the U.S. Survival AR-7 would be well suited for the task. It even floats in case you unexpectedly end up in the water.
Best of all, though, this rifle is really innovative and fun to see in action. If you would like to see the folks at Demolition Ranch showing off how the U.S. Survival AR-7 works, be sure to check out the video below.
