The midterms could have gone a lot worse. Historically, we expected them to. That slight relief doesn’t change the fact that the Democrats are about to have complete control over the House of Representatives. That means they’re in charge of introducing new bills, and you can trust that they’re going to hit the ground running. They have several big things on their agenda. At the very top is attacking Trump with subpoenas. Just under that is their desire to take away your guns. Here’s what they’ve admitted to so far.
Gun Bans
The Democrats know that the nation still doesn’t universally support bans on guns. As painful as it is to admit, they are both crafty and strategic in their approach to increasing gun control. The official agenda does not openly admit that they want to widely ban guns. Instead, they still focus on ridiculous terminology like “assault rifles,” “military-style weapons” and “semi-automatic weapons.”
That last one should give you pause. The Democrats really do want to ban all semi-automatic weapons. They’ll probably be smart enough to disguise their aims with imprecise terminology, but this is their goal.
If they can’t get that much, they are definitely going to attack AR-15s. A lot of people still don’t understand why the Democrats are so focused on this one firearm. It’s because the AR-15 is the most popular rifle in the country. If they can ban the most popular, everything else is a manner of patience. The AR-15 will become a central fight to preserving the 2nd Amendment.
Universal Background Checks
Democrats love proclaiming that this is a super popular measure among Americans. In reality, it’s only popular among Americans who don’t understand what it means. When you explain to most people that we already require background checks on all merchant firearm sales in the country, they agree that it’s good enough. When you further explain that universal checks would make it illegal for a parent to give a gun to a child, they get upset. Both of these explanations fall short of the bigger problem.
It is effectively impossible to require universal background checks without having a de facto gun registry. The only way to track private sales is to know who owns which firearm in the first place. This is the real goal behind the push for universal background checks. Even among the Democratic leadership, no one is stupid enough to think that this would have any significant impact on gun crimes. What they want is a list of gun owners, and this is the way to get it without ever proposing direct registration legislation.
Here’s the scariest part of all. The Democrats have run such a good propaganda campaign for this particular legislation that they might get enough Republican Senators to cave. Universal background checks and their accompanying gun registry could be law before 2020. The only way to stop it is to bombard your Senator.
New Taxes
With a Republican Senate, the Democrats might have to settle for small gains over the next two years. If that becomes the case, watch for them to push for a subtle “sin” tax on firearms and/or ammunition. They’ve already piloted these programs in California. The initial legislation will probably be around $10 to $20 per firearm purchase. It’s small enough that people will swallow it, and they might be able to sneak it through an omnibus package.
Here’s the problem. Once a unique tax becomes law, changing the amount of the tax is much easier. If the Democrats can get any small weaponry tax through, it’s only a matter of time until they try to leverage that tax. If they can’t ban guns, they’ll price them out of affordability with additional taxes.
The trick in a firearm/ammunition tax is that the Democrats will promise to put the money towards combating gun crime. That’s an additional lie. They likely won’t be able to push a new spending program through a Republican Senate. Instead, this will be ill-gotten money at the disposal of a Democratic House. That’s two problems wrapped into one.
If you can trust one thing from the coming Democrats, it’s that they want your guns. They hate that you are armed. They despise any amount of autonomy on your part. They have never misunderstood the importance of the 2nd Amendment. It is the only thing that has prevented their dictatorial control of this country for 200 years. They feel that the time is ripe. If they can get our guns, the road to absolute power will be clear.
They already stole all this by stealing the mid-term elections: “they’re here…”
You are as guilty as those you condemn in spreading dissent. When a man is approved why take a poll of his/her worthiness? If you think this is indeed just why not the whole Supreme Court? There has indeed been many that question their worthiness.
About gun control. It would make more sense to restrict sales of weapons capable of sustained fire. We should be more careful in whom we elect. If they are unwilling or unable to uphold the constitution as it was written they should never be considered a candidate for any position other then animal control and garbage removel.

SO WE NEED SOME LAWS, MANY ALREADY ON THE BOOKS BUT NOT ENFORCED NEED TO BE ENFORCES,, ALSO, GANGS,DRUG DEALERS, MENTALLY ILL ARE THE MAJOR ABUSERS. (MISUSE) SO, OUR GOV NEEDS TO USE A LITTLE COMMON SENSE OR WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A “REAL BIG PROBLEM”
It seems that the “New Congress” has the same old play book, TAKE YOUR GUNS AND RAISE YOUR TAXES. Seems to me it will be business as usual with the “New Congress”. Lets not forget, screw the taxpayer as often as possible. BUILD THE WALL….
They can pass any bill they want in the house, THEN they must pass in the Senate, which they won’t, then they must have it signed into law by POTUS, so I really see nothing being done for two years except BS and resistance. In two years, the Republicans will have the House, Senate, and President Trump. Talk up your BS rhetoric now demons, it is for naught.

Why has the United States never been invaded?
Because it’s citizens have the right to own guns and can defend themselves and their neighbors in the event of an invasion.
So if the Dems ban the sales and or ownership of guns, they will as a result of the bans, open our borders to invasion by any and all enemies of our Country.
Then what will they do??
